for OrbixCode LLC

By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and smooth project execution for both parties.

1. Project Start

All projects begin only after a confirmed payment has been received. Once payment is made, the project is scheduled and resources are allocated accordingly.

2. Refund Policy

Before Work Begins
Clients are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of payment, only if the project has not yet started.

After Work Begins
Once the project has commenced (including research, planning, or design phase), no full refunds will be issued. However:

  • All completed work up to the cancellation point will be delivered
  • Payments will be adjusted based on work completed
  • Costs related to time, resources, tools, and production are non-refundable

3. Project Phases (Milestones)

Projects are executed in defined phases (milestones):

  • Each milestone must be reviewed and approved by the client
  • Once approved, the milestone is considered final and non-refundable
  • Work on the next phase begins only after approval and payment

4. Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels the project midway due to personal reasons, change of mind, or misunderstanding:

  • No refunds will be provided
  • Completed work will still be delivered as per agreement

5. Delays & External Factors

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Third-party tools, APIs, or integrations
  • Hosting/server issues
  • Unforeseen technical challenges

Such delays do not qualify for refunds, but we ensure clear and timely communication.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content, materials, and access on time
  • Give timely feedback and approvals

Delays from the client’s side may affect project timelines but do not qualify for refunds.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project starts
  • Strategy changes during execution
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Requests beyond agreed scope
